During these classes you will also learn how to get out of debt, and how to clean your credit report. Prepare yourself for the future!

Home Ownership Classes

This series of classes will help you through the home-buying process step-by-step

• deciding whether homeownership is right for you
• shopping for a house that meets your needs
• obtaining a home mortgage
• closing the sale
• maintaining the house after your move in
• AND successfully handling your mortgage obligation

After you purchase, now what do I do???

Post Purchase Training course teaches skills on maintaining homeownership. Students learn of the continual need to budget and save for emergencies and unexpected repairs. We discuss safety issues and how to properly maintain your home. We encourage clients to get involved with their neighborhoods and their local government.
