Help-A-House^sm

Does your home need a helping hand?
Do you own your home? Do you live in Goshen, Indiana?

You may qualify for assistance from LaCasa’s Help-A-House^sm Program.

• Home repairs may be too costly for you to afford. LaCasa’s counselor will tell you if you qualify for assistance.
• Leaky roof, windows with a draft, siding in disrepair. These repairs and more can be done by volunteers.
• Stop by LaCasa’s office to pick up an application or call and we will mail it to you. Its as easy as 1-2-3.
  1. 1) Fill in the application
  2. 2) Attach all the necessary paperwork
  3. 3) Turn it back in to LaCasa. After review, our staff will then let you know what the next steps are.

Since 1991 Help-A-House^sm has connected volunteers and donors with project in Goshen that support safe, attractive and affordable housing.

Help-A-House^sm brings together volunteers of all skill levels to provide essential home repairs for Goshen homeowners who are unable, financially or physically, to maintain their homes. This program makes a significant impact toward improving older city neighborhoods in Goshen.

Rehabilitation Loans

LaCasa also offers a fixed rate rehab loan. The fixed rate allows for stability in housing costs and still allows for clients to take on general home improvements, home safety, lead based paint reduction, or city ordinance compliance issues without the stress of the adjustable equity line.
